About us
ARAM.IN is a Trust created under the Indian Income Tax Act 1961, Trust, founded in 2006, is based in Chennai, in Tamilnadu.
The Educational trust was originally formed to provide education to the underprevileged, qualifying children in and around Tamilnadu.
The trust supports formal education for the underprivileged children from the surrounding villages.
The children are supported from undergraduation through post graduation.
Once the children graduate, the trust helps them in finding gainful employment.
Objectives of the Trust
- Identify and help the needy and capable Students in paying the college/ course fees ((applicable only for UG and PG))
- Help the Students in making the college and course choices.
- The trust will ensure that the students has scored decent markes in the school and the college
- Priority will be given to students who would be able to work immediately after the degree
- The trust will have periodic assesments with the student by interacting with them and the credentials (marksheets etc.) will be updated on the web
- Help underpriveleged kids by offering them food and other benefits
- Conduct classes to train the students in getting the right job
